DARKSIDER In the world of automotive hobbyists a Darksider is one who modifies and or customizes any and all sorts of vehicles. The Darksiders are in a class of their own simply because they endeavor to be different and do things that others would not attempt for a number of reasons mostly being related to a lack of ability and fear of non conformity.

This is a forum for people who think outside the box in everything they do. It doesn’t matter if you are modifying or building from scratch. It doesn’t matter what brand or brands of vehicles or components you are using. It doesn’t matter if you are working on a mini car or a bus.

We will not be asking you for donations or any kind of monetary payments. We will be asking for help in terms moderators and encouraging you to spread the word and add to our membership.

    i'd show you my new derilict thats followed me home . and it is not going to be altered in any way save for duals before anyone asks , although a repaint to the oe colour would'nt be outta question ..... i posted pics on fte if your over there in a thread entitled the derelict that's following followed me home . it's a less than 40,000 mile 1952 ford customline v-8 2 door . it's a flathead with 3 on the tree . it is all there , the radio and other parts are in it in the rear and work . the car was bought brand new by the wife of the couple selling it's great granpa and she rode home from the dealership in it . it has a 53 8ba in it as the 52 started smoking so great's pulled the one from his junk 53 1/2 ton and put it in , but the oe one is here in parts and goes with it . the seats have some funky seat covers on them from the dealership and have remained on them since so you can imagine how pristine the seats are . it was kinda parked in 53 when he bought the 1/2 ton , and went into semi retirement in 1966 other than an ocassional parade , and to be moved about to get into the garage .they have and can prove it has had only 700 miles put on it since '66 . i have to bleed the brakes { everything has been gone through as of last year } and replace the 6 volt battery in order to DRIVE IT home . i paid $2,500 for it and i think i stole it !!!! i have been informed by the wife it is hers ...................
