did a lot of research before atempting to install this front end to my truck, it was the chepest way to go!, buy a complete donor car and you got the front suspension, rear end, engine and trans, steering column and wiring harness ect.kinda scarry at first when you got both front frames cut off, then you think to yourself holl s**t what did i just do!!! all i have to say is measure, measure and measure! took a cutting disc and cut both frames, gave myself an extra inch forward so the wheels would be centered in the fenders,c.v frame is a bit wider, cut slots in the c.v frame and cut the frame in an angle, then slid both frames together and tacked it together, did some bracing and started welded, with the frames not being the same width and height made it look mesy, made a pattern out of cardboard, cut a piece of 1/4 inch steel, welded the end of it to the car frame, heated the plate and bent it to somewhat conform to the 2 frames, did the same thing on the inside and then cut a piece for the top and bottom and capped it off nicely, took me 12 hours to do this,as for the front frame, the c.v rails were cut out and i made new ones out of boxed steel, made a template and cut out curves out of steel plating and welded it to the boxed steel, capped off the top and bottom and voila done! spent about 2 hours on the front rails, *(system not allowing me to post pics today, will try later!)*
